Yes! We offer financing through Synchrony. We also run monthly promotions on financing so be sure to check with a team member!

From store consultation to in-home design, our team of experts can help you every step of the way. Our design center helps bring your dreams to a reality. With our large screen and vendor capabilities, we are able to show you exactly how your custom furniture will look. If you need help with your space and how product will fit in your room we can do that too.
Our showroom is open Monday – Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday’s from 12pm to 5pm. Our warehouse is open for furniture pick-up Tuesday – Saturday from 10am to 5pm (you must give us 24-hour notice for all pick-up’s).

- Delivery is available to 177 counties including areas in Indiana and Ohio.
- Deliveries are made between 10:00AM and 5:00PM, Tuesday through Saturday.
- Deliveries can only be done with a responsible person present, age 18 or older.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements for the protection of wood floors, carpet, walls, doorways, doors and similar property. Although every precaution possible will be taken to avoid damaging any household property, the responsibility for providing necessary protective materials lies with the customer.
- In the unlikely event damage is caused to your property, it must be reported within 24 hours, to Customer Care. This can be done by calling (502) 719-9700, or by emailing Virginiah@burdorf.com
- If you need to change the delivery address, please contact Customer Care at (502) 719-9700, or by emailing Virginiah@burdorf.com at least 48 hours prior to delivery.
- The delivery team cannot be responsible for moving your existing merchandise, with the exception of old bedding removal. Please be sure to have the area clear before the delivery team arrives.
- The Pick-Up dock is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday
- You must provide 24 hours notice on pick-up so items can be prepared and pulled
- A photo ID is required when picking up merchandise.
- If someone else is picking up the merchandise, the Customer Pick-up Office must be informed of who it will be prior to pick-up.
- You must bring your own tie-downs and packing materials.
- Kentucky Law states that the driver is responsible for the safety of the load in transit. The pick-up dock employees will assist in loading, but you are ultimately responsible for the safety of the merchandise.
- Some merchandise is not assembled and cannot be assembled for customer pick-ups.
- If damage is found once the merchandise is unboxed, it must be reported within 24 hours to Customer Care. This can be done by calling (502) 719-9700, or emailing Virginiah@burdorf.com
Speciality order items are non-refundable after your order has been placed with our manufacturer. Close-outs, clearance items, floor models, upholstered items, pillows, mattress protectors, foundations and motion bases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Specialty Orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Please note: Burdorf Interiors shall not be liable for delays caused by our suppliers, accidents, fires, causes beyond our control or any other natural disaster. Should any defect develop after delivery, we will repair or replace at our option. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks. Floor sample merchandise is sold as is with no refunds or exchanges.

Items for return must be made within three (3) days of receipt by customer and will be subject to 25% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in same condition as it was received.
Close-outs, clearance, floor models, “as-is” sale merchandise, upholstered items, pillows, mattress protectors, foundations and motion bases are non-refundable and non-returnable.
